Niacinamide is mostly used in treating acne, widened pores, but also in mature skin care and wrinkle prevention, but its primal use is for helping with hyperpigmentation. How to use?
Thoroughly clean face, neck, and cleavage skin
Before applying the serum, face, neck, and cleavage skin should be thoroughly cleansed.
Apply onto clean skin of face and neck
Apply 1-2 times a day, more if needed.
Apply nourishing cream
After serum, use of nourishing cream for face neck and cleavage is recommended.

I recommend applying the serum after being exposed to sunlight in order to reduce damage induced by sunlight. For dry skin type, I recommend applying nourishing cream 10 minutes after the serum.
